Parc Canberra EC is located at Canberra Walk, approximately 5 mins walk from Canberra MRT Station (part of the north-South line), making it the only EC launching in 2020 that is walking distance to an MRT station! Yishun Central and Northpoint City are only one stop away, providing residents with a wide range of amenities.

There is also a new 11,000 sqm, three-storey Canberra Plaza next to Canberra Station. The site is also well served by the new 12 hectare Sembawang Integrated Hub situated just across Canberra Link. Bukit Canberra (a $1.5 billion sports and community hub), will provide amenities such as a hawker centre, indoor and outdoor sport facilities, a polyclinic, a senior care centre, green spaces for community farming and lifestyle related amenities for the community. It will also see the largest ActiveSG gym with indoor and outdoor pools. The recently renovated Sembawang Hot Springs Park is located a few minutes drive away. Furthermore, upgraders do not have to pay ABSD; they are allowed to take up Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) and continue living in their present HDB units. These benefits are only for EC buyers - something that Singaporeans can enjoy.

For example (although not indicative of future developments), buyers of Prive EC units (near Punggol MRT) who bought at launch in Jan 2011 around $5xx to $6xx psf have sold upon MOP around $739 - $1,060 psf. This translates to a profit of between $300,000 to $500,000! Other EC buyers have similarly made gains when selling.
